VINTTIKODIN SÄILYTYSRATKAISU

Muistiin tämä itselleni. Mainio integroitu säilytysratkaisu löytyy 70 m2:n vinttikodin olohuoneesta. Koko seinän levyinen ja korkuinen hyllyratkaisu. Yhtenäisyyttä lisää yksivärisyys, harmaalla on maalattu koko seinä ovineen ja hyllyineen - eikä ratkaisu vie kodin neliöistä paljonkaan. Lisäksi 4,2 m:n huonekorkeus lisää hyllyn korkeutta. 

Note to myself - a great storage solution in this 70 m2 attic apartment's living room. An integrated shelf solution for the whole wall. The grey colour palette on shelves and doors add unity and save space. The room height of 4,2 metres increases the spacious feeling.

PIENI ON KAUNISTA

Mökkielämää voi myös viettää siirtolapuutarhassa, joka on helpompi ja aikaa säästävämpi tapa. Siirtolapuutarhat ovat urbaaneja viheralueita joilla sijaitsee erikokoisia palstoja - noin 250-500 m2:n piha-alue ja pieni mökki. Tosin nykyisin mökit ovat kysyttyjä eikä enää välttämättä kovin edullinen tapa hankkia mökkiä riippuen sijaintipaikasta. Siirtolapuutarhat tarjoavat jouheutta, etuja ja elämyksiä - puutarhaviljelyä, kesäpäiviä maalaiselämää kaupungissa ja lähellä kotia. 

Tässä näytille pikkuinen mökki, joka on rakennettu vuonna 1926  ja sijaitsee Göteborgissa. Mökissä yksi 25 m2:n huone ja 200 m2:n puutarha. Viehättävä mökki, jossa valkoinen väri lisää valoisuutta ja tilan tuntua pieneen tilaan.

YLLÄTTÄVÄ JA ROHKEA VALINTA KEITTIÖSSÄ

Harvemmin minua enää mikään hätkähdyttää mutta auliisti myönnän että tämän kodin keittiö yllätti minut täysin ja erittäin hyvällä tavalla. Keittiön väritys on todella upea. Keltainen laattaseinä on pysäyttävä ja  rohkea valinta. Vastakohtana mustat keittiökaapit korostavat keltaista. Koti sijaitsee 1930-luvulla rakennetun koulun käsityöluokan rakennuksessa, joka muutettiin asunnoiksi 1990-luvulla. Parasta kierrätystä - mielestäni. Koti löytyy Tukholman Södermalmilla. Hui, että on hieno!

Look and admire the yellow tile wall of this kitchen! A unique and bold choice. The black and yellow colors combined with the neutral living room colors result in an interesting way with full of character and personality. The home is situated in an old school building built in 1930's and converted into apartments in the 1990's - best recycling of old buildings. The room height is 3,45 metres and the home is found in Stockholm's Södermalm. I am a huge fan of this home!

YLIMMÄSSÄ KERROKSESSA

Ylimmän kerroksen vinttikodeissa on tiettyjä extra ominaisuuksia jotka puhuvat korkealla asumisen puolesta; hyvät näkymät, korkea huonekorkeus, remontoitu koti kattoparruineen ja hormeineen.  Tässä näytille Göteborgissa sijaitseva 119 m2:n koti joka sijaitsee vuonna 1924 rakennetussa talossa. Vaaleat sävyt tukevat rauhallista ja kodikasta tunnelmaa.

KOLME POSSUA KÖÖPENHAMINASSA

Les Trois Cochons - suomeksi kolme possua - on pariisilainen bistro Kööpenhaminassa ja sijaitsee entisessä lihakaupassa. Mutta lihakaupasta ei ole jälkeäkään. Onneksi. Turkoosin vihreän väriset vintage seinäkaakelit, toffeen väriset nahkasohvat, metallikehyksiset ikkunat, mustavalkoruudullinen lattia, messinkiä, valkoista marmoria, antiikkilamput, betoniseinät ja klassiset Thonet tuolit - kaikki muodostavat hurmaavan pariisilaisen tunnelman pienellä teollisella twistillä. Etenkin turkoosien seinäkaakelien ja toffeen väristen nahkasohvien yhdistelmä on unohtumattoman ihastuttava. Tässä yksi erittäin hyvä syy matkustaa Kööpenhaminaan. 

Les Trois Cochons - in English three pigs - is a Parisian bistro in Copenhagen. The bistro is located in a former butcher shop in the street of Værnedamsvej. The former butcher shop has gone through a thorough renovation. The renovated interior is a dedication to the place's past and origin. Vintage turquoise-green wall tiles, checkered flooring, brass and white marble details, antique lamps,concrete wall pieces,  updated Thonet chairs and toffee coloured leather couches - all these features create a feeling is a distinct Parisian vibe with an industrial twist. Especially the combo of tiles and tan couches is unforgettable and charming. Here's a very good reason to book a journey to Copenhagen.
